The correctness of the reports within the Progress Monitoring and Reporting Network (PMRN), K-2 Electronic Scoring Tool (K-2 EST), and 3-12 Web-based Assessment Module (3-12 WAM) is dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted by the Local Educational Agency (LEA) to the Florida Center for Reading Research (FCRR) and to the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE). Correctness of reports also depends on the accurate and timely submission of student assessment scores by individual schools.

The information within the Progress Monitoring and Reporting Network (PMRN) and the related scoring tool and assessment module is confidential and protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Use of the PMRN is restricted to those with a defined educational purpose as outlined in Section 1002.22, Florida Statutes. Both access to these applications and the sharing of information within them with anyone other than those described by FERPA is punishable by law.
