Please read these terms before using the Progress Monitoring and Reporting Network.

All materials contained on the Progress Monitoring and Reporting Network (PMRN), K-2 Electronic Scoring Tool (K-2 EST), and 3-12 Web-based Assessment Module (3-12 WAM) are provided as services to Florida's educators by the Florida Center for Reading Research (FCRR) and the Florida State University (FSU). Funding for the PMRN is provided by the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) in support of Just Read, Florida! and the Reading First initiative. The contents of the PMRN may be used only for educational purposes by persons who qualify under the Terms and Conditions found in the Privacy section of this Website.

"Mirroring," or making available any portion of this Website by another server, is strictly prohibited and is a violation of copyright privileges. In addition, the materials (including information, text, graphics, photographs, software, and scripts) provided by these Websites are copyrighted. Their unauthorized use violates copyright and other laws. Downloading any materials from these Websites constitutes an agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, do not access the Websites or download any materials from the servers. Use of these Websites is intended for Florida’s educators. Access by parties outside of the state of Florida is prohibited.

Authorized users may download a single copy of portions of these Websites for use in support of Florida’s reading initiatives and the federal No Child Left Behind Act. Pages of these Websites may be printed for educational purposes, but may not be distributed except under the terms of Florida student records law and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Printed pages must be destroyed before being discarded. Photocopies or other reproductions of the printed pages are prohibited.

These terms are subject to the following restrictions. Users may not: (a) modify any materials on these Websites or use them for any commercial purpose, public display, performance, sale, lease, or rental; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, applets, images, photographs, or scripts; (c) make derivative works of any software, applets, images, photographs, or scripts; (d) remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the materials; (e) transfer the materials presented to another person, organization, or Website. By downloading any materials, you agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of these materials.

Ownership of Materials: All materials presented on the Websites are copyrighted and are protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without prior written permission.

License Termination: The FCRR, FSU, or FLDOE may terminate this license at any time if users are found to be in breach of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any and all materials downloaded from the Websites.

The FCRR, FSU, or FLDOE are not liable even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
